Challenge
The prestigious Laboratory Spa Health Clubs wanted to differentiate their communication strategy from that of their competitors in an ever-increasingly digital age, with tailored and engaging content delivered in a regular and electronic form.
Solution
To ensure that all new club members were entered into an onboarding process that over the course of their initial 6 weeks of membership introduced them to all of the facilities that the clubs had to offer, the mailers also had to be specific to the club location that had been joined.
Results
Open rates have increased from a pre onboard program of 46% to an average open rate for the new mailers of 75.5%.
